A handle wore out on my work bag, so I needed a new one 😊 This is my latest project, which I made in 3 parts from Instagram photos. A hobbit hole, surrounded by the arch at Moria, all from The Lord of the Rings. I love Tolkien’s joke with Bag End, which is the literal translation of the French word ‘cul-de-sac.’ The arch and Bag End are stitched on linen with embroidery floss, and the hobbit door is made of felt and embroidery floss.
