I have officially finished my first 80 Books around the world challenge, I Am Malala, from Pakistan, a great book to understand a bigger picture of that country’s history and challenges.

I have started my next one, The Kite Runner, from Afghanistan. These books are both memoirs that include a lot of childhood memories. I would love ideas for more international books if you have any recommendations.

I also just started the Bible study The Way of Wisdom with my church’s women’s group, a study of the book of Proverbs by several Lifeway authors.
