I finished my quilt top! And with just a tiny bit of thread to spare on my spool.
I am making my supply list and have my quilting thread and safety pins, getting ready to make my first quilt sandwich.
In the meantime, I wanted to make something for my daughters to celebrate the of the school year. I made my oldest daughter a mug rug, using these tutorials:
It definitely looks homemade, being slightly wonky, but I think she will like it. I finally found an idea for my other daughter today, and hope to have it finished this time next week.
