I am almost done adding my border to my quilt, and it definitely adds something! Now I need to think about what sort of binding I want. What do you think?

I also made a water bottle holder for my step mother-in-law. I had a purse that we never used that had a water proof coating, so I used that for the liner, and used it’s strap as well, which sped the whole process up tremendously! I was inspired by a free tutorial from Clover.

I also had a comment last week from a crafter who lamented the fact that vision issues had limited her crafting options. It occurred to me that maybe we could all help each other with crafting suggestions for different seasons of life.
I used to make portrait-sized cross-stitches, right up until I had children, and then all my time, energy, and space got consumed. I learned to do much smaller projects, in small bits of time.
What have you learned about crafting in different seasons or spaces? While traveling?
Something I have been enjoying in the evenings when I am too tired to do anything else is this sticker book my daughter got me for my birthday.

What are you making?
