The Pinterest pin I couldn’t resist this week was for a crochet pumpkin. It was ridiculously easy, and the tutorial is here:

I am going to make some different-sized pumpkins based on the same pattern soon.

Here is my current pumpkin patch, including some fabric pumpkins I made a few years ago and the cutest candy corn ever!

My next project is to turn a vintage handkerchief into a bookmark, which meant a trip to my local antique store, Yesterday’s Treasures. Here is my haul:

I had a chance to run away this week, and spent some time at Coffee Creek, reading and crocheting while watching this water fountain and the two herons who were searching for lunch. God’s creations are always the best, but I love that He put the desire to create into our DNA as well!
