Leviticus 26:6 NIV
‘I will grant peace in the land, and you will lie down and no one will make you afraid. I will remove wild beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country.
What a promise! Safety of every kind. This chapter contains all kinds of amazing promises. So why didn’t the Israelites have this complete safety? Because they didn’t meet the requirements.
“ ‘If you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commands,” Leviticus 26:3 NIV
They just couldn’t keep the 10 Commandments, most importantly the one about adultery. What about us? Do we put our time, energy and money into anything above God? A rhetorical question.

I am going to delete this pesky game off my phone yet again. What is one step that you can take to prioritize time with God?
